Along with this, the government has also changed some more rules in this third phase. In the first and second phase, a person could register for four people, but now in the phase starting from May 1, a person can only register himself.
However, the first and second stages of vaccination will continue simultaneously with the third phase and people above 45 years of age will be able to go to the hospitals directly after May 1 and register.
Vaccine will be given free of cost to all central government hospitals. But people in the state government hospital, private hospital will have to pay it. For example, a state government hospital will have to pay 400 rupees for the Kovyshield vaccine and 600 rupees will have to be given to get this vaccine in a private hospital.
